AMRAP- 10 minutes (do as many rounds of this circuit as you can in ten minutes)

Ab killers x10

Low squat with backwards alternating lunge x10


AMRAP-15 minutes

Split squat with single arm shoulder press x10 each side

Decline knees to elbows x5 each side

Lunge forward/backward (same leg) x10 each side


AMRAP-20 minutes

Bosu squat with 3 second hold up to bicep curls x20

Bosu boat crunch x20

Bosu side plank (knee in front kick out) x10 each side
