I often get asked about the protein shakes I use. I would like to provide a few options for those of you looking for a good one. I have tried a few different ones already. Raw Protein Beyond Organic Protein Formula is a very well rounded protein shake but I wasn’t too keen on the texture of the protein.
Another protein shake I have tried and that I like is Green Superfood. The chocolate one is great in my morning smoothies and I often add it into the Tofu peanut butter and banana smoothie. What I like about this one is that it contains a lot of high alkalizing greens in the formula.
My favourite protein shake at the moment is Vega Sport Performance Protein. The texture is smooth and it contains 26g of protein per serving which is wonderful for a bodybuilding athlete.
There are a number of other protein shakes on the market which I am planning to try. These three are a good place to start for anyone who wants to venture into the vegan protein shake world.
